Primero Security and Investigative Agency is a duly registered security agency with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is licensed by the Philippine National Police – Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agencies (PNP-SOSIA), Civil Security Group (CSG) to operate as private security and investigative agency.

We support corporate business continuity through crisis planning and management. Crisis management services include crowd engineering, strike duty, mob and riot control, search and rescue operations and hostage situations

Our clients can request for a special consultation to determine their security needs, and we can customize our security programs depending on the situation. (This can range from daily security operations to exceptional incidents such as kidnappings, bomb threats, etc.) Our Security Officers together with our Area Operations Managers can plan a strategy to reduce and prevent such incidents, and our Security Personnel are open to assisting clients in coordinating with authorities.

MEET OUR TEAM

Our President

PBGen. Noli A. Romana (Ret.) retired from government service on July 2019, after a total of 37 years and 4 months of continuous service in the Philippine Constabulary, Armed Forces of the Philippines (April 1986 - December 1990) and Philippine National Police (January 1, 1991 - July 30, 2019). His government service is inclusive of the 4 years in the Philippine Military Academy when he entered in April 1, 1982 and graduated in March 25, 1986. He handled several positions of great responsibility in law enforcement at different levels of command, from tactical, operational, and strategic.

He is a PNP-SOSIA Professional Licensed Security Consultant, Security Officer, and Training Director.
